Bloomquote is a web application that helps florists build pricing quotes for weddings and events, including arrangement building, cost and markup calculation, price list and catalog management, and PDF quote generation.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
• Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan (monthly or annual, as selected) and you will be billed at the then-current rate.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from Settings; canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period — you retain full access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• If a payment fails, your access may be restricted to read-only until the issue is resolved.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the pricing, arrangement, and client data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data and only use it to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' accounts or data, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
