This Privacy Policy explains what information Bloomquote ("we," "us," or "our") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Bloomquote (the "Service"), you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, business name, email address, and password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Business profile: phone, website, and logo, if you choose to add them in Settings.
• Quote & pricing data: flowers, hardgoods, prices, arrangements, and quotes you create in the app.
• Billing information: your subscription status and plan. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: basic technical data (like browser type) that's inherent to operating a web application.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service (e.g. storing your price list and quotes, keeping you signed in).
• To process subscription billing and communicate about your account (e.g. payment receipts, trial reminders).
• To respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal information or your business/pricing data.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third parties to operate Bloomquote, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (including logo uploads).
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Google / Facebook — optional sign-in, only if you choose to use "Continue with Google/Facebook."
• Netlify — website hosting.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

The Service uses your browser's local storage to remember preferences like your chosen color theme, and uses standard authentication cookies/tokens to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and quote data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and data deleted, contact us using the details below.

6. Your Rights

You can access, edit, or export most of your data directly within the app (Settings, Price List, Saved Quotes). You may also request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our database — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Bloomquote is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
